Reporting Templates

All recipients of a Vic Davis Memorial Trust Scholarship, Fellowship or Grant are required, twice per funded year, to complete a written report for the Trust.

The first report, outlining progress to date, must be received by the Trust no later than the 15th of July.
The final report is to be received by the Trust immediately after final results have been received or the year’s project work completed, and no later than the 28th February of the following year. Recipients are responsible for ensuring these reports are received by the due date or earlier and should not expect to be reminded by the Trust that these reports are due.

Reports must be received on the appropriate template, which is to be completed in full.
