All recipients of a Vic Davis Memorial Trust Scholarship, Fellowship or Grant are required, twice per funded year, to complete a written report for the Trust.
These reports are to be received by the Trust no later than the 1st of June and the 1st of December of the funded year.
Reports must be received on the appropriate template, which is to be completed in full.
