All recipients of a Vic Davis Memorial Trust Scholarship, Fellowship or Grant are required, twice per funded year, to complete a written report for the Trust.

The first report, outlining progress to date, must be received by the Trust no later than the 1st of June.
The final report is to be received by the Trust immediately after final results have been received or the year’s project work completed, and no later than the 1st February of the following year.

Reports must be received on the appropriate template, which is to be completed in full.
